These Stainless Steel 317 Hollow Bars are primarily made up of 18–20% chromium, 11–14% nickel, and 3–4% molybdenum, with a low carbon content of ≤0.03% to boost corrosion resistance. This austenitic stainless steel is known for its outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, even in harsh environments. In terms of mechanical properties, they boast a tensile strength of 515–720 MPa, a yield strength of around 205–450 MPa, and a density of 8 g/cm³.
